Refund Policy on Project Execution

Tech, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients, and we take great care in ensuring that all project executions and contract negotiations are handled professionally and efficiently. We understand, however, that there may be situations where a client may need to request a refund.
Project Execution Refunds: If a client is unsatisfied with the project execution for any reason, they may request a refund within 14 days of the project delivery date. To request a refund, the client must submit a written request detailing the reasons for the request. The request will be reviewed by our team, and a decision will be made within 7 days of receipt of the request.
Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances surrounding the request. If the project has been completed or significant work has been done on the project, refunds will not be granted. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within [number] days of the decision.
Contract Negotiation Refunds: If a client is unsatisfied with the outcome of a contract negotiation, they may request a refund within 7 days of the contract signing date. Intellectual Property Protection

Indemnification: We agree to indemnify and hold harmless our clients against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any actual or alleged infringement of any intellectual property rights related to our work under the terms of a contract.
Termination: In the event of termination of a contract, we will return all intellectual property and confidential information belonging to the client and will destroy any copies of such materials in our possession.
